 REMINDER: all personally owned items removed from your condo must be removed from the property by YOU. Do not place these items in the dumpsters or leave them at the elevator garbage.

***Pye Barker is currently installing the new fire alarm system and will need access to every single residential, commercial and storage room. Please contact Maintenance directly to supply a door code or key to your unit, if you haven't already. We will also try to contact these particular Owners by phone.

Welcome to the Association's Website. The Goal of the Hawaiian Inn Beach Resort Condominium Association is to provide leadership that will effectively ensure the safety and enjoyment of the Resort for owners and resort guests. We also strive to provide peace of mind for all owners of the Hawaiian Inn while maintaining the Resort and property values. We encourage our Owners to visit the site regularly and provide us with any recommendations that will help improve it. 

If you have maintenance questions or concerns, please click on the MAINTENANCE REQUEST TAB, fill out a request form and submit your request in writing. This option allows you to attach pictures to clarify your maintenance issue, if you choose. This also allows for tracking of reported issues to ensure completion and closure.

If you would like to contact the Board members directly, there is a CONTACT BOARD MEMBERS form where you can submit your comments,queries or questions. This form is sent only to the 2023 Board Members.
